HOW DOES A LIPID PANEL HAVE SO MUCH POWER?! because we’ve been brainwashed for years to look at the wrong information. check out this short video I did recently based on a conversation with a client.

ALL of us want to look, feel, and perform our best. ALL of us want optimal health over a lifetime, to age gracefully, and with a good quality of life. how do we measure progress in health?

address nutrition and lifestyle factors. look for improvements in how you look feel and perform. if you look better, feel better, and you know experientially that what you are doing is working, that’s the majority of proof you need to know you’re doing the right thing! and yes, we do recommend getting bloodwork, but we have our own ideas of what to look for.

the standard lipid panel is outdated. the importance put on LDL is misplaced. and yet a lipid panel can scare most people away from doing the EXACT things they need to do to achieve the results they want.

trust me. I was scared (almost to death) from my initial lipid measurements. but since losing close to 100 lbs, normalizing my blood pressure, optimizing my insulin levels, improving my metabolic health, and doing this for hundreds of people, there is no doubt in my mind that I know what to look for. and I feel it.
