what does it take to make a change??

to make a change, it is MOST helpful to have our own personal values in place… aka what kind of person do I want to be and what is my own vision of my most optimal/most healthy self? what are the things I want to change to progress towards this person that I want to become? what happens to your self-talk when you go “off plan?”

in this episode, we discuss the need to create a POSITIVE self-dialogue for if/when we do fall “off plan.” it happens. it’s life. BUT, there is a huge difference between acknowledging the situation and learning from the experience vs ignoring it or being too hard on yourself.
