Scheduling your health is a visualization process! Once you can see where it all fits in, it doesn’t seem so overwhelming!

Start with by acknowledging the most important things:
  • rise time
  • bed time
  • real food nutrition
  • fitness
  • personal quiet time
That’s a pretty simple freakin’ list. And yet these are the things necessary to look, feel, and perform your best!

Next, figure out where they fit in. Remember, it doesn’t have to be perfect. All you want is to show up for these most important things. Once you get in the habit of showing up, THEN you can optimize!
