maybe you need magnesium.
- restless leg syndrome.
- cramping (esp at night).
- physical and mental fatigue (just feeling run down).
- persistent under-eye twitch (I used to have this).
- tension in the upper back, shoulders and neck.
- poor sleep.
what to do
- we recommend everyone supplement with at least 200mg per evening, ideally working your way up until you notice loose stools the next day. I’m personally at 400mg per evening. at 500mg I see noticeably looser stools in the morning.
we sell a great product in our office for $17 called Mg-Zyme which is a blend of very absorbable forms of magnesium. you can pick this up any time.
if you buy online look for chelated magnesiums (those ending in “-ate”). this one is fine.
