seriously, this has been a proven protocol for blasting away any hint of an oncoming sickness:

  • 5 x 1/4tsp of our high quality vitamin C powder in a small glass of water with a squeeze of lemon (gives you 5 full grams of vitamin C as L-ascorbic acid).
  • 1 drop of each – On Guard, Frankincense, and Oregano. either in a capsule, or as I like to do it, straight on the tongue, washed down with a little water.

I can’t tell you how many people used this at the onset of feeling sick and felt fine the next day!
