before beginning the SHT…I was tired every afternoon and my stomach would typically be unsettled.  I would be lucky to get one good night of sleep per week.  I would then wake up tired using caffeine and sugar to “wake up.”  It was always short-lived and in the afternoon, I would crash.
since going through the SHT…my body took just a couple of weeks to adjust but once I got over the hump, my body flipped a switch.  I no longer experience afternoon crashes and now I can go to bed and sleepI used to wake up on a perpetually negative cycle of no rest, then afternoon crashes, and unsettled stomach- but no more!  Also, a positive product of the program is I lost 20 pounds and it wasn’t even a goal!

before beginning the SHT…I experienced acid reflux, my body feeling strange all the time, I was constantly irritated, I was lazy, and my stomach was in constant pain.  I would also have random headaches and I felt emotionally I had lost touch with who I was.
since going through the SHT…I have gained confidence, my body feels great, my acid reflux is gone, and I am constantly in a good mood.  Now, I have a lot of energy and feel like I am in control of my body and have a clear mind.

since going through the SHT…I am not uncomfortable anymore.  I still get get headaches but in general I feel better about me!

before beginning the SHT…I had low energy, poor skin tone, joint pain (moderate to high), adult acne, and was overweight.
since going through the SHT…I have had a moderate energy increase, improved skin tone, joint pain is now low, and adult acne is gone.  Also, I lost 13 pounds and my endurance has increased!  I have stopped taking statin medications as well as fiber laxatives and have cut my joint pain meds in half!

before beginning the SHT…I never ate beef, only skinless chicken and fish.  I was tired and had no energy.  I would also workout and hurt for days.
since going through the SHT…Not only do I eat all beef and the skin off the chicken, I have  more energy and I get up earlier.  When I do ever workout, I’m fine the next day.  I don’t crave candy or chocolate anymore either.

before beginning the SHT…I didn’t eat beef very much- kept to chicken and fish.  I had cereal and breads in the morning.
since going through the SHT…I include beef, pork, etc.  I do not eat cereal and bread.

before beginning the SHT…I had low energy levels which I believe were exacerbated by digestive issues resulting in hemorrhoids. I have tried for years to lose weight because when I hit a certain age, I started gaining weight.  I couldn’t lose it no matter what I tried.  My cholesterol level was a constant battle because I did not have the knowledge to eat a good diet.  My balance and body strength were very bad.  I was addicted to chocolate and sugar.  I had skin issues that wouldn’t go away.
since going through the SHT…my skin problems have disappeared, my digestive issues have resolved themselves, and I have lost 10 pounds- my clothes fit better too.  My cholesterol level has gone from 260 to 225 and HDL from 24 to 50.  My overall health and wellbeing has skyrocketed.  My balance and strength have gone from nothing to being able to squat 50 pounds.

before beginning the SHT…I was irritable and lethargic.  I ate horrible foods on the go which would make me bloated, gassy, and constipated.  My skin was also blotchy and spotty.
since going through the SHT…I feel more energetic- I get up every morning and make breakfast that tastes amazing and makes me FEEL amazing.  My skin has cleared up, my irritability has improved, and my digestion has become regular.

before beginning the SHT…I was tired all the time and my thyroid was not functioning normally.  My hormone levels were not balanced and my joints were stiff all the time (rheumatoid arthritis).  I was on three different medications plus going to the doctor once every two weeks for shots.
since going through the SHT…I stopped taking medications and going to the doctor every two weeks.  The stiffness in my joints has decreased by 75%.  My energy levels improved and I’m happy more.  Although weightless wasn’t my main goal, I just wanted to feel better and not feel tired all the time- I knew the weightless would happen eventually.  I was able to lose twice the amount of weight in the 10 weeks compared to the amount of weight I was lost going to my weight-loss hormone specialist for 5 months and being on a very strict “diet.”  I’m smiling every day, and I feel so freakin’ good and so thankful for Paul’s program and for Desiree’ for posting on Facebook for this remarkable program.

before beginning the SHT…I had heartburn, indigestion, knee pain and stiffness, headaches, sleeplessness, and low energy.  All things that disrupted my life!  Things that kept me from enjoying life!
since going through the SHT…my heartburn and indigestion is now gone, knee pain and stiffness have significantly improved, I sleep through the night, and the headaches have disappeared.  I am more peaceful and happy!  I feel better than I have in years!  I had blood work done during the challenge and my triglycerides and other numbers are so much better!

before beginning the SHT…I was always struggling with eating and struggled with stomach pains, bloating, and constant headaches.  I was fatigued and experienced major “crashes” after lunch time.  This fatigue impacted my ability to preform optimally.
since going through the SHT…I now know what to eat!  I wake up each day energized, pain free, and confident in my ability to take on my day!  I no longer struggle with afternoon fatigue and feel my performance is improving significantly.

before beginning the SHT…I was emotionally unstable and losing focus at work.  I slept constantly with little or no energy to be productive at home.  All energy went to work, especially on mental stress which was non-productive.  I felt ugly and ignored.
