SHT Purist & Fat Loss


this is a 6-week real food progression, designed to bring you back to the vibrancy, mental clarity, emotional stability, and body composition that comes with being a real foodie!  we will be going back to the basics! we will experiment to see how being 100% fresh, real food impacts how we look, feel, and perform.

we will be controlling for factors we know are an issue for many of us, and that we know contribute to body composition changes:

  • 100% real food.  minimal “approved” SHT items will be allowed.  you will be given a list of allowed foods, and frequently asked questions about anything else that you could possibly ask about.  the focus is 100% real food for the entire 6 weeks.
  • required balance.  our daily meals will incorporate things necessary to feel your best over the long term, including requirements for specific foods and macronutrient ratios.  these foods and nutrients are proven to make you feel amazing.
  • manipulating macros and portions.  we will have specific measurements required for specific foods and macronutrients.
  • blood sugar handling and testing.  to be in a constant state of #selfsufficiency and fat-burning, we must understand how specific foods affect our blood sugar.  therefore, we will be doing glucometer testing (blood sugar testing) around meals and macros to determine our optimal foods, amounts, and timings.  this is optional but highly encouraged!
  • #strategicfasting.  we’ll be incorporating new #strategicfasting principles throughout, as well as experimenting with extended fasting.

what to expect:

  • weeks 1 & 2 – we’ll be experimenting with manipulating macros where it counts with guidelines for being 100% real food, and measurement requirements for predominant carbohydrates such as starches and fruits.
  • weeks 3 & 4 – using glucometer blood sugar testing, we will learn how to fine-tune our carbohydrate and protein intake, as well as our timing for our meals to ensure we are always in a state of #selfsufficiency and fat-burning.
  • weeks 5 & 6 – although we’ll have #strategicfasting guidelines throughout, these last 2 weeks we’ll be learning about and experimenting with extended fasting protocols.
  • throughout the entire program we will have superfood recommendations for nutrient-density.
  • includes an online “SHT Refresher Course.”

meeting dates and times:

  • kickoff meeting is on Sunday, May 6th @ 10:30am.
  • 2nd meeting is on Saturday, May 19th @ 11:30am.
  • 3rd meeting is on Saturday, June 2nd @ 11:30am.
  • FINALE meeting will be sent out via video.

online participants may pick up their materials locally, or if not local, we can mail your materials.
