Why?<\/strong><em>\u00a0Because you can listen without having to have YouTube or another app open!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Check out this video we put together <\/strong>on how to listen to our podcast (totally updated).<\/p>\n<h3>What is a podcast?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A digital audio file made available on the internet for downloading to a computer or mobile device, typically available as a series.<\/li>\n<li>You can play any episode you want OR<\/li>\n<li>You subscribe to a podcast and get new episodes that show up automatically in your feed.<\/li>\n<li>Some podcasts are consumed from 1 through the most recent (chronological), some are consumed as the most recent first.<\/li>\n<li>You can also go back and listen to previous episodes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Why listen to a podcast?<\/h3>\n<p>For most people it&#8217;s convenience.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It\u2019s easier to just listen vs watch.<\/li>\n<li>A lot of our content is relatively \u201clong form\u201d meaning it\u2019s 10min to an hour long or more.<\/li>\n<li>Most of our content we publish across platforms. Listening may be easier for some.<\/li>\n<li>We recommend &#8220;listening&#8221; during drives, SOME WALKS (although we recommend some walks are solitary), cleaning, and otherwise potentially mindless activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote class=\"mighty-froala-quote3 icon-open-quote-fill-24\"><p><strong>PROTIP!<\/strong>\u00a0We don&#8217;t recommend listening to something ALL THE TIME!
