The reality is…

The majority of the people I work with are trying or have tried many of the popular or “fad” methodologies to get better. And yet there always seems to be a sense of uncertainty in what they are doing. the reality is that most people are confused, misinformed, or at least unsure of what they need to do to be truly healthy. This certainly WAS myself!

 

My Big Purpose…

I bring people together who for most of their lives have been lost, confused, or at least unsure when it comes to health, and are now are seeking clarity, confidence and certainty… to learn health concepts with others, put those concepts into practice through experience and experimentation, and support each other throughout the process.

I bring clarity, confidence, and certainty to those seeking the truth. I do this through education, experience, and support. so that we all can be happy, healthy, confident in our bodies, and confident in what we are doing so that we can live our most amazing life possible :)

Now I’m guessing for you this is probably not your first time trying to find health. In fact most of us have been searching for this elusive health thing for as long as we can remember!

If you’ve failed at health in the past, it’s not your fault.

There’s a lot of information out there, and it can be confusing. Many times that information overload keeps you from success. It’s okay.

If you’re concerned this is just another one of those programs. Or if you’re asking yourself, “How do I know if this is legit? How is this different from anything else out there?”

Or if you’re concerned that this something you can do or right for you.

You’ve come to the right place because I’m gonna show you why this is the way, and it’s doable FOR LIFE.

Other methodologies make you think it’s about restricting and complication and stress… and they only lend themselves to being temporary because of this!

I’m here to tell you, this is a way of life for a lifetime. And we’re all about simplicity, elegant, and making this work in a modern lifestyle around ALL the things that make you the person that you are!

 

I am probably just like you…

For most of my life I’ve been a dreamer and a seeker. I remember as a child, I felt like I had a purpose. I felt like I was going to do something great with my life. I felt like I was going to travel the world and make a lot of money and be very happy. I had all the dreams that most kids have. I was excited about life!

As I got older, I saw those dreams fall apart and get further away. I got sucked into society’s beliefs of what I need to do to be happy. I spent most of my energy working to pay bills to barely enjoy my weekends. And worst of all, my health deteriorated.

I started to realize that a lot of the advice I was following was wrong. No matter where it came from, never made much logical sense. It was always conflicting and seemed to be serving others, companies, and profit more than it was serving us as individuals. I wasn’t seeing the results I dreamed of. Life seemed so difficult and challenging.

I became disillusioned with everything. I began to lose hope.

 

I hit my wall, my rockbottom…

For most of my life I had been a nutrition and fitness fanatic. I followed all the popular, mainstream, conventional wisdom advice from magazines like Men’s Health, Muscle & Fitness, and Flex. I listened to the dietary guidelines put forth by the USDA, American Heart Association, and other organizations. but this advice was not working.

In my mid 30’s I went in for a checkup and was blown away – I had high blood pressure, I was pre-diabetic, I was 100 pounds overweight at 270 pounds. I hated my job. I had no money. I had lost all hope.

 

Then I had my realization…

What if what I thought was healthy was not? What if what we have been told for most of our lives was wrong?

I began to question every bit of advice I had received.

 

I decided to take matters into my own hands…

Instead of blinding trusting conventional wisdom advice, I looked into alternative ways of doing things. For my health, I dove into popular alternative methodologies such as vegan and ancestral health – learning how to mimic the habits of our healthy ancestors. I started doing all kinds of experiments and I saw tremendous results.

 

Along the path I faced tremendous opposition…

With my new found health, the new information I was following was going against the dietary advice of diet dictocrats like the U.S. government, the USDA, the FDA, and other mainstream health organizations.

  • I was avoiding things that for most of our lives we were told were good or us! I was avoiding grains, margarine, crisco, and other low-fat oils.
  • I was embracing things we were told most of our lives to avoid!  I was consuming butter and animal foods. I was eating 1 or 2 times a day. I was getting a lot of sunlight most days.
    My results were amazing and yet completely different from what most people thought was right!

 

My transformation and the transformations of the people I work with speak for themselves…

The result? TODAY AT 47 I AM HEALTHIER THAN I’VE EVER BEEN IN MY LIFE.

  • I am 190lbs after losing 100 pounds.
  • My metabolic health markers are perfect – I have excellent blood pressure, and I am no longer pre-diabetic.
  • I look, feel and perform better than I ever have.
  • I am doing things I never thought were possible.

ALL WHILE DOING ALMOST THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF WHAT WE’VE BEEN TOLD TO DO MOST OF OUR LIVES!!!

And the best part is, I have dreams again. I’ve found myself. I love my life. I have rediscovered the way we were meant to live. And I’ve taught thousands of people how to do the same.with the power of health, you can find yourself, and live the life you were meant to live. I can help you.
