  • What’s wrong with wheat and other grains. One of the best things to avoid to reach your goals, and you’ll understand why.
  • What’s wrong with highly processed plant-based oils. Why things like corn, canola, soybean, and other highly processed plant-based oils are important to avoid.
  • How to read labels. You’ll gain confidence in navigating the grocery store and reading labels on all foods.
  • The most important swaps and alternatives. Making real food nutrition work in your modern life doesn’t have to be restrictive. You just have to know what to look for. You’ll learn the most common and beneficial “swaps” for things like condiments, chips, crackers, cookies, and so on.
  • How to plan your eating. Move away from a neurotic and stressful approach to food and find our way which is super simple and easy to do for a lifetime.
  • Low-carb and insulin resistance. Low-carb can be an effective tool for at loss and improving energy levels and health. Learn HOW to do low-carb the right way.

Hi, I’m Paul C. Tijerina… I am the head coach and owner at SHT SuperHuman Transformation here in Las Vegas.

I have a passion for helping people live their most amazing life possible! For the past 10 years I’ve helped thousands of people change their lives through the power of health. And now I want to share this information with you.

That’s why I’m so excited to be offer our latest version of our annual challenge the SHT 2022.

In a nutshell…

I will be hosting a 2 month online program with weekly live calls that will teach you exactly what to do in the 4 most important areas that myself and the people I have worked with have focused on to produce amazing results.

More importantly what we will learn is easy to do, MAKES SENSE, and is exactly what you need to do for long-term health.

Here’s a quick overview of what we’ll be covering (more details below):

  1. Eating real food the best way possible, to give you fat loss, energy, and health.
  2. Prioritizing sleep. We have busy crazy lives and sleep gets pushed to the wayside. We’ll learn simple strategies to improve the duration and quality of your sleep which will give you more energy, focus, and clarity throughout the day.
  3. Having a quiet time process in place. We’ll learn how to have some time to yourself, and set intentions for the day so that you feel focused and on purpose.
  4. Developing a fitness routine.  We’ll talk about the most basic and useful things to do so that you will look your best and be functional and prepared for whatever life might throw at you physically.

Structure of the challenge:

We will host online virtual LIVE meetings every week starting on Saturday, January 8th @ 10am PST for 9 meetings taking us all the way to the end of February.

  • Every other meeting will be a main meeting with main concepts and main goals.
  • Every other meeting will be a supportive meeting with additional education PLUS time for Q&A.

Each meeting will consist of:

  • 30 – 45 minutes of educational material and goals.
  • 15 minutes of open discussion.

Live attendance is highly encouraged.
