Recently, Paul was able to interview Hayley of Wellness Warriors!
Hayley is a good friend and was classmates with Paul at West Point from around 1995 to 1999. The two always had a distant respect and admiration for each other :)
Recently reconnected, they realized they had found that they both had VERY similar health journeys!
This is a great discussion on health and finding your passion! Hayley shares how she had a lot of issues happening (health and other) that started early in childhood, and manifested later in life.
Paul and Hayley discuss their own the realization that health truly is wealth, while also discussing the importance of other modalities in personal healing and the importance of community.
