having a morning process is CRUCIAL to creating the life of your dreams.  block out some time, commit to the process listed out below, and use this guided meditation to get you started.

this is a guided SuperHuman Priming process with cues for circle of gratitude, a 5min meditation with focus on breath, and envisioning. . .

SuperHuman Priming Process

this process should be structured and deliberate for it to have meaningful impact.  follow this flow exactly as laid out below and I guarantee results!

  1. first settle.  sit and know that you are sitting.  feel the solidity of your body.
  2. then relax every part of your body, starting with your feet, and working your way up to your head.  finish with a small subtle “inside” smile.
  3. then commence with SuperHuman Priming:
    • circle of gratitude for 2 to 5 min or longer.  consider starting with the following:
      1. thank you for my life.
      2. thank you for my health.
      3. thank you for my desire to be healthy.
      4. thank you for this opportunity I have to help further the destiny we all share.
      5. thank you for the special gifts I am sharing with the world.
      6. thank you for my challenges, and the wisdom I am gaining from them.
    • meditation with a focus, for a minimum of 5min,
ideally up to 15 or 20 minutes.  consider cycling through varying focuses including breath, inner body, and sounds in the environment.  I would recommend an even amount of time for each such as 2min x 2min x 2min, or 5min x 5min x 5min, etc.
    • envisioning.  glance at your life seed and get a feel for it (if applicable).  read through each of your envisioning statements, goals, and/or affirmations.  get a vision and a feeling for it.

this process must be done in the morning.  and it does NOT have to be done upon waking.  attempt to make time for it before you get going for the day, however, you may also make time for it as it is convenient for you, as long as it is early in the day!

struggling?  do not struggle!  what happens happens!  just commit to the process, go thru it, and over time you’ll feel more and more comfortable!

remember, do not let perfection be the enemy of progress!  be easy on yourself, do your best, have the intention to commit to the process, be easy on yourself if you don’t feel like you’re “getting it” or “doing it right.”

I LOVE to work with individuals on this process!  contact me if you’d like some private and personal assistance :)
