Podcasts are a great way to consume our content! Why? Because you can listen without having to have YouTube or another app open!

Check out this video we put together on how to listen to our podcast (totally updated).

What is a podcast?

  • A digital audio file made available on the internet for downloading to a computer or mobile device, typically available as a series.
  • You can play any episode you want OR
  • You subscribe to a podcast and get new episodes that show up automatically in your feed.
  • Some podcasts are consumed from 1 through the most recent (chronological), some are consumed as the most recent first.
  • You can also go back and listen to previous episodes.

Why listen to a podcast?

For most people it’s convenience.

  • It’s easier to just listen vs watch.
  • A lot of our content is relatively “long form” meaning it’s 10min to an hour long or more.
  • Most of our content we publish across platforms. Listening may be easier for some.
  • We recommend “listening” during drives, SOME WALKS (although we recommend some walks are solitary), cleaning, and otherwise potentially mindless activities.

PROTIP! We don’t recommend listening to something ALL THE TIME! You DO need times during the day that you are just present and engaged with life!
