small group functional fitness training opportunity
- taking limited spots for a 9am class starting Monday, April 10th.
- classes will run Mon, Wed, Fri, 9am – 10am for 1 month.
- we are only taking a max of 5 people to maintain personal attention.
- $300 for 1 month of classes :)
where most people are now:
- many don’t workout. if they do. . .
- most people are bored.
- most people don’t do functional things.
- most people don’t have true conditioning or strength.
where you can be after working with us:
- proper movement patterns = mobility and full range of motion.
- conditioning = not getting winded easy.
- strength = being able to carry and move things.
what you need to get there:
- learn how to move functionally.
- learn the importance of conditioning, strength, skills, mobility.
- learn the importance of mechanics, consistency, and intensity.
- we will teach you all of this :)
about this opportunity:
- 3 days a week, 9am – 10am for one hour of power.
- class will consist of warmup, a focus on some skills, strength, and then a “workout.”
- because this is such a small group, it will be very personalized and we’ll be able to spend a good amount of time working on things with each individual.
