it’s Friday. make it as good and 100% as any other day. simply because you can. you are amazing, and we are amazing. and remember – it’s better to be 100% spot-on with our foundations for health than it is to be 80/20, wishy washy. aim for as many days of diligence as possible! feel the energy, vibrancy, and vitality, and let it propel you into more 100% days!!!
big shout out to one of my favorite people on the planet – Sonia Jackson. since joining our #SHT community and The Crossfit Combine, she’s gone from 181lbs to 163lbs, and looks, feels, and performs FREAKIN’ AMAZING. we love the hell out of her!!!
